We are hiring an Operations Manager for our Cambridge office in Kendall Square. This mid-level position reporting to the firm’s Managing Director offers work-life balance, competitive benefits, and an opportunity to both support the team in Cambridge and work with our partners and clients located all over the world.

How you will contribute:

  • Liaise with parent company on a variety of issues including benefits and onboarding, often requiring communication with C-Suite executives
  • Oversee client invoicing process in collaboration with the company’s finance team
  • Oversee internal administrative and HR processes including:
  • Onboarding / offboarding
  • Tracking of employee paid time off
  • Consultant relocations
  • Track staffing and resource management including:
  • Allocation of resources to consulting engagements
  • Oversight and management of resource tracking software
  • Assist firm leadership with career management program including:
  • Execution of performance evaluations
  • Tracking of salaries and promotions
  • Work with consultants on immigration issues, including managing all visa processing and tracking in collaboration with immigration attorneys
  • Handle various operational initiatives including:
  • Oversight of overseas offices
  • Management of relationships with external vendors
  • Delegate to and supervise the Office Manager





Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • At least 5 years in an administrative role
  • Successful candidates must:
    • Have superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Be prepared to work independently and take ownership of outlined responsibilities
    • Be professional and handle confidential information responsibly
    • Perform in a fast-paced, intellectually intense environment
    • Perform well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
