    We are hiring an Office Services Specialist for our Cambridge offices in Kendall Square.     The Office Services Specialist works closely with the firm’s Managing Director and Operations Manager on various aspects of business.

    Accountabilities

     In this role your responsibilities would include:

    • Assist Managing Director: arrange travel and accommodations, submit expenses, schedule meetings, and assist with miscellaneous administrative processes
    • Assist Operations Manager: provide support on various activities including invoicing, immigration, and recruiting
    • Office reception: manage phone lines, coordinate logistics for visitors, receive packages
    • Facilities management: coordinate building access, work with building management, maintain inventory and order office supplies, manage software licenses
    • Expenses: approve employee expenses
    • Consultant support: provide occasional assistance on items like consultant travel and event planning

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    This role requires the following experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree minimum
    • Previous experience in an Administrative or Assistant role
