    We have a new opportunity within our Ad Operations team for a Digital Campaign Manager to ensure that all Americas advertising campaigns are booked correctly, displayed on time, delivered in full, and are billed correctly. In this role you will be the central point of contact for the sales teams and media strategists across all digital offerings.This can be achieved through booking of complex campaigns, managing performance and delivery once campaigns are live, and handling complex client reporting.You will have the responsibility of being the central escalation point for the Americas trafficking teams, and will aid them when technical expertise is required.

    Accountabilities

    How you will contribute:

     

    Campaign setup & co-ordination

     

    • Help setup and reserve complex proposals in our sales management system Operative.One
    • Aid in chasing, troubleshooting, and trafficking creative in DFP (Google Ad Manager), where advanced technical skills are required
    • Proactively review campaigns assets (Creatives, IOs and tags), identify potential errors, and troubleshoot as necessary
    • Work with Agencies to ensure creative work as designed and adhere to our advertising specifications
    • Provide bespoke screenshots or video grabs where necessary
    • Manage or aid with production process for bespoke and integrated advertising campaigns
    • Manage remote trafficking resources

    Campaign Management

     

    • Manage or aid with production and delivery process for bespoke and integrated advertising campaigns across all digital offerings
    • Proactively manage campaign delivery to minimize revenue loss due to under delivery
    • Closely monitor and manage bespoke or integrated campaigns to deliver against their unique performance goals
    • Work closely with clients, operations manager, and sales teams to ensure campaigns start on time and deliver in full

    Support

    • Work closely with clients, operations manager, and sales teams to ensure campaigns start on time
    • Setup new products and packages in the sales management tool (Operative.One)
    • Assist sales teams and media strategists with interpreting and using inventory reporting
    • Support media strategists with ad hoc Operative.One requests that require technical expertise
    • Be a main point of contact for Americas day to day operations 

    Reporting

    • Participate in ,and contribute towards key ad operations projects
    • Produce custom campaign reports that require more detail than standard reporting setup by trafficking team
    • Assist ad operations manager with ad hoc DFP and Operative.One reports used for technical or commercial decision making

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The desirable skills for the role include: 

    • Previous advertising operations experience, using DFP (Google Ad Manager) to traffic, troubleshoot, manage and optimise campaigns
    • Experience in using Operative.One order management system is highly desired. Knowledge and experience with DV360 is beneficial, but not essential
    • A strong track record of supporting sales teams, salesplanners, and media strategists operationally
    • Previous exposure of liaising with teams across multiple time zones is ideal
    • A good understanding of rich media, video, and standard advertising formats including their setup and implementation across multiple ad servers
    • An understanding of how rich media and standard advertising formats are trafficked, troubleshooting ad tags, and setting up tracking pixels
    • Basic HTML/CSS experience/understanding is desirable
    • Advanced Excel skills are ideal to perform the reporting function of this role

    Further desirable skills include:    

    • A detail oriented and meticulous approach to all tasks undertaken
    • Excellent internal and client facing communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
    • The ability to work autonomously, as well as with others
    • A demonstrated history of taking initiative and ownership
