Through the heritage of two acquisitions, Bazian and Clearstate, and the EIU's world renowned analytical, macroeconomic and policy capabilities, EIU Healthcare is able to provide high quality global healthcare data and insight.

     

    Currently, we are seeking a Health Policy Associate who's primary role is to provide full support for projects around pharmaceutical commercial consulting, policy, and systems research for both internal decision making and external stakeholder engagement. Support for the projects entails conceptualization of new engagements, project management, research & deliverable execution, and managing client communications. Additionally, this position may represent EIU HC to clients (government, commercial and non-governmental actors) with a focus on US based accounts

     

    Accountabilities

    How you will contribute:  

     

    • Provide health research oversight including country comparisons, indexes, scorecard development and afford-ability studies
    • Professionally handle client interaction including communicating project updates, presenting key milestones, pre-empting project issues, managing different client stakeholders, etc.
    • Support the development of new opportunities by interpreting client needs and defining appropriate methodologies
    • Provide support to key accounts, thought leadership and new business development
    • Offer proactive insights on growth opportunities and provide guidance to senior management on the development of new capabilities

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:

    • An analytical, research qualification, with a solid understanding of international markets
    • Experience in commercial market research, design, and/or evaluation and interpretation
    • An ability to communicate research concepts, medical information, and research conclusions clearly to a range of audiences
    • Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent analytical, numerical, verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Spanish proficiency a plus
