    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to implement and optimise our digital marketing strategy. Working to a defined set of KPIs, you will play an essential role in how we effectively engage with our target audience and deliver revenue.


    How will you contribute?

    • Optimise EDM campaigns - increase deliverability, open and click rates, decrease unsubscribes; ensure all emails are delivered to deadline, on brand and quality checked
    • Increase traffic to our websites - use an optimal mix of SEO, PPC, programmatic, social media and content marketing
    • Populate and maintain our websites - posting news stories, event information, promotional banners
    • Increase online conversions / sign ups
    • Increase inbound enquiries and brochure downloads
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities and channels, make strategic recommendation to meet/exceed KPIs
    • Help undertake competitive analysis

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are:

    • Proven relevant marketing experience
    • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other relevant digital and social media reporting toolkits (Eloqua, Marketo, Adestra, Sprinklr)
    • Excellent knowledge of email marketing best practice
    • Experience building HTML emails and working with an ESP
    • Experience working with website CMS. Wordpress experience would be advantageous
    • High level of numeracy, literacy and ability to write copy
    • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop would advantageous
    • Commitment to standards of excellence with attention to detail
    • Highly self-motivated, intuitive, energetic and persistent
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise accordingly and work to tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills with  ability to work in a team
    • Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite
    • Prior experience of using Salesforce for running reports and campaigns
    • Adept in SEO Auditing and running PPC Campaign
