    Currently, we have an opportunity for a talented Digital Media Planner to join TVC’s digital team. You will be responsible for creating and recommending media strategies to attract and retain clients, increase client brand recognition as well as maintain and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.


    You will be part of a team who leads on all digital marketing opportunities and will be working for some of the agency's biggest clients across the US and UK to maximise revenue and engagement. This opportunity is initially a fixed-term contract for one year, with a view to extending beyond this date.



    How you will contribute:

    • Act as the primary point of contact with the client for all correspondence related to performance media
    • Drive performance marketing initatives
    • On the agency-side, act as TVC’s paid channel specialist, spanning a variety of digital touchpoints including: social media, YouTube, search and programmatic
    • Work cross-functionally with all marketing teams to ensure alignment on digital personalised lead activation plans
    • Build a cross-channel performance dashboard in order to derive insights, strategic implications & testing hypotheses from data, to be aligned with the client and then rolled out across digital touchpoints.
    • Build media plans, audience profiles and manage campaign activations and implementation to ensure KPI’s are met or surpassed
    • Analyse performance data, make fast changes to plans & provide strategic recommendations to the client to drive results further

    Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role include:

    • Proven media planning experience within an agency environment or clientside is ideal
    • Hands-on experience with the latest digital technologies including: Programmatic, social media trends, search and e-mail marketing 
    • Solid reporting and analytical skills - the ability to drive insight from numbers and qualitative analysis
    • Proven experience in delivering on central measurement frameworks, with consistent cross media KPI's

    • Experience in driving innovation through new data sources & technologies is ideal
