Our Global Technology team is looking to hire a Head of Business Solutions, reporting to the Global Head of IT, who will lead the teams that enable and support our core business processes from Marketing and Sales to Finance and HR. This role is highly visible within the business and the technology group, creating a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
The role demands a high degree of business acumen and considerable experience with Salesforce.com to not only respond to but anticipate business requirements.
Salesforce is a pivotal platform within The Economist Group and is widely used across several businesses and revenue streams. Our implementation spans five instances including Sales, Service, Marketing and Community Cloud. We have integrations with third party solutions covering marketing automation, finance, subscription management, project management and event registration.
Additionally, this role will oversee our business systems including Finance, which is critical to and linked with all of our business processes, and HR, for which we’re launching new platforms to enable ambitious business plans.
