To help manage our change communications, the Group seeks a seasoned communications professional to join our world-class Communications team.  


Reporting to the SVP, Global Communications, the Senior Manager, Corporate and Internal Communications will develop and deliver communications programmes that engage our global colleagues and grow awareness of our business activities and successes across the Group.


How you will contribute:


  • Develop and deliver an internal communication strategy that creates awareness for the change that is happening at our organisation and drives engagement among our global colleagues 

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement with the company intranet and other Group-wide platforms including Slack and email

  • Oversee the creation, dissemination maintenance of corporate collateral and platforms, including the Group website

  • Work with the SVP, Communications on thought leadership programmes for the executive leadership team

  • Provide support for the Annual Group Meeting (AGM) and shareholder communications as needed

  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of communications

  • Collaborate with colleagues on the Communications team on the internal rollout of major initiatives including editorial campaigns and tentpole events and programmes

  • Lead the implementation of internal branding campaigns

  • Develop and execute internal communications programmes for business units and divisions. Global coordination and management of internal events including company-wide town halls

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:


  • Superior writing and editing skills, with a proven track record across a variety of audience groups and channels

  • A strong attention to detail and a mindset that is proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate

  • The ability to work as a team player who collaborates well with others across a highly matrixed organization.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

  • The ability to keep information confidential

  • Familiarity with the G-suite of tools is a plus 

  • 5+ years of internal or strategic communications experience

  • A clear understanding of the media business and an interest in the media industry is a plus

  • A confident and professional manner when dealing with executives, internal clients and stakeholders and to be a strong ambassador for the Communications team
