The Client Executive will be responsible for driving integrated client campaigns, overall ownership of the client relationship and fostering collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Create, Amplify and Marketing teams to deliver superior service to our clients.

Accountabilities

How will you contribute:

  • Client Management – Act as the day to day client contact; provide status updates, proactively address client needs with the support of managers and meet project expectations 
  • Project Management – Create communication and project delivery timelines, drive projects as per the timeline and keep work moving forward. Ensure projects remain on-brand and on-strategy and meet the client objectives with the support managers where necessary
  • Stay on track of Programme KPIs, flag concerns and consult with the managers to optimise the programme as per the requirements
  • Creative Management – Ensure all creative work is signed off as per the brand guidelines and approved by the key decision-makers at all stages of the production process
  • Manage all client communications ranging from weekly performance meetings to quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the programme project team
  • Be responsible for client satisfaction and campaign performance with the support of managers where required
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams: Sales/ Account Manager, Digital Producers, Analysts and Editors, to ensure projects are executed effectively
  • Team player-- Partner with managers on the execution of large integrated programmes by taking ownership of select deliverables or managing internal stakeholders on the project
  • Participate actively in improving internal team processes and communication initiatives

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:

 

  • At least 3+ years or equivalent expertise in managing clients and creative projects with integrated components
  • A background in agency, publishers or media is preferred
  • A holistic and proactive approach to project management, problem-solving and managing client deliverables
  • Good understanding of marketing needs and components that relate to running integrated campaign teams, including social media, digital marketing, editorial and content marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate across a range of stakeholders
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Advanced proposal writing skills with a strong understanding of PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and time-management
