The Database Marketing team manages the EIU’s customer and prospect data, which underpins regular marketing communications and client engagement activities. The Database Marketing Executive is responsible for reporting and analysis leads, accounts and contacts for various business needs, maintaining data quality, data enhancements, data uploading, removing unsubscribes, updating records with new details and other tasks to maintain the quality of the data in the EIU’s CRM system (Salesforce.com).
