We provide a platform for treasurers and CFOs from the world’s leading companies to exchange innovative strategies, best practice and expert opinion – either face-to-face or online. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing strategy for our flagship event, International Treasury Management Conference.  Working closely with the head of marketing, you’ll play an essential role in how we expand our European presence, retain and acquire customers, increase brand awareness and deliver delegate revenue.

Accountabilities

How will you contribute:

  • Strategy - Develop and implement the events’ integrated marketing campaigns
  • Budget - Ownership and day to day management of event budget
  • Brand - Collaborate with the creative team to develop brand assets and marketing materials to support sponsorship sales and delegate sales
  • Sales - Working closely with delegate sales to forecast and deliver delegate revenue and attendance
  • Campaign management - Increase campaign efficiency monitoring and developing new strategies to achieve ambitious KPIs
  • Reporting - Develop and execute an efficient tracking  system to measure and report on campaign ROI
  • Data strategy– support the head of marketing implementing a new data strategy and improving the company data quality
  • Retention - Develop new engagement and retention campaigns to improve overall user experience
  • Digital – Support the head of marketing on the overall implementation of the new digital strategy

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • Proven relevant strategic marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior events marketing role
  • Excellent knowledge of the events industry specifically B2B conferences
  • Excellent understanding and experience working with 360 digital campaigns including PPC, programmatic, SEO, social media marketing etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working with website CMS, html and digital platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Adestra, Sprinklr)
  • Proficient at analytic skills and reporting on Google Analytics
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing best practice
  • High level of numeracy, literacy and proficient at writing high quality marketing copy
  • An eye for design and creative marketing. Experience with InDesign and Photoshop would advantageous
