As the research and analysis division of the Economist Group, The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) helps leaders prepare for opportunity, empowering them to act with confidence when making strategic decisions. The EIU is the global standard in providing quality, actionable intelligence to the public and private sector, assessing issues that impact the marketplace for over two hundred countries.
The EIU currently has an opportunity for an Account Manager (AM) in our London or New York office. In this role you will manage the relationship with high-potential clients, through the use of Salesforce. The AM will be the primary conduit between the client and the EIU. The AM will manage the account portfolio, handle queries, as well as serve as the liaison between the client, EIU editorial analysts and EIU technical support teams. The AM will be responsible for negotiating renewal terms, implementing annual price increases and selling additional subscription services to the client.
The AM will be primarily responsible for onboarding, growing, renewing, managing and servicing new clients in EMEA and North America.
