Senior Analyst

EIU Healthcare, a business of the Economist Intelligence Unit, offers specialized healthcare market tracking intelligence complimented by strategic advisory services to help medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare service firms understand their current and potential markets, and implement pragmatic and innovative strategies to ultimately tap into new growth opportunities. 

How you will contribute:

• Serve as the member of a project team executing either single or multi country project engagement in the healthcare industry in the areas of market opportunity assessment, go-to-market strategy, customer insights, channel optimization strategy,  and competitive benchmarking
• Support the project manager in client management during the course of the project engagement, including communicating project updates, presenting key milestones, pre-empting project issues, managing different client stakeholders, etc.
• Mentor, guide the analysts ensuring that they meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers

 The ideal skills for this role are: 

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare business consulting 
• Proven track record in project execution preferably in the healthcare sector or in business consulting
• Bachelor or Master degree from top tier universities, preferably Science major, with an MBA
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Highly analytical, organized, meticulous 
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Strong business acumen with versatility to think inside and outside of the box
• Ability to work independently and among teams, in a fast paced team structure
