Currently we are seeking a Customer Success Associate who will  be responsible for managing client relationships within our B2B bespoke group subscription offering. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in quickly developing strong commercial relationships with corporations, government entities, academic institutions, and NGOs.

Accountabilities

How will you contribute:

  • Lead role on accounts from post-sale to execution
  • Client Management – act as the day to day client contact; provide status updates, lead meetings, proactively address client needs and exceed project expectations 
  • Project Management –Create communication and project delivery timelines, lead projects and keep work moving forward while ensuring it is on-brand and on-strategy and meets all deadlines
  • Creative Management – Manage creative team projects (strategy work, content creation, and creative campaigns) 
  • Manage all client communications ranging from weekly performance meetings to quarterly business reviews
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams: Sales/ Account Manager, Digital Producers, Analysts and Editors, to ensure projects are executed on time and to client’s expectations

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • Proven experience managing clients and creative projects with integrated components
  • A strong background in agency, publishers or media is preferred
  • Holistic and proactive approach to project management, problem-solving and managing client deliverables
  • High-level understanding of marketing needs and components that relate to running integrated campaign teams, including social media, digital marketing, editorial and content marketing.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and time-management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate across a range of stakeholders
