Our Freelance Account Managers are responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of integrated programmes while fostering collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Account Managers are accountable for managing client relationships including the overall client satisfaction ranging from campaign execution, performance, client communication to monitoring the campaign strategy.

Accountabilities

How you will contribute:

  • Lead programmes, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for client and internal teams
  • Manage all client communications ranging from weekly status meetings, creative presentations, and performance calls and updates
  • Lead and liaise with cross-functional programme teams to ensure the correct process, client focus, timelines, and communication
  • Manage reporting schedules and the delivery of final reports and performance reports. Liaise with other teams to collate content and assets to be included
  • Maintain oversight of integrated programme deliverables, which can include: In-depth research, mixed-media content, digital production, reporting and campaign optimisations post-launch, etc.

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are: 

  • 4-year degree required; marketing or business degree preferred
  • Client management and project management experience and experience in delivering and managing integrated projects and campaigns; Digital Production experience a plus
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influential written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong grasp of editorial guidelines
  • Strong creative, analytical, time management and strategic problem solving  skills
