We are recruiting a temporary 12-month HR Administrator to support our Asia HR team. The successful candidate will perform full spectrum of HR administration duties including handling visa and immigration matters, employment contracts, C&B, training & development activities for the Asia region.

Accountabilities

How you will contribute:

  • Provide administration support to Asia HR Manager on day-to-day HR operations
  • Preparation of regional employment contracts (English and Chinese), work visa applications and other HR documentations
  • Coordinate with other HR team members for staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist in planning, implementation and administration of regional training and development activities
  • Generate and prepare HR reports for management review
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are: 

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year hands on working experience providing support to HR team 
  • Proficiency in using Google for work and MS Office applications
  • Hands on experience of HRIS and eLearning systems 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
