We are currently seeking a Designer who will play a pivotal role in consolidating our Events brand identity across marketing campaigns, on-site signage and sponsored programmes. This position is ideal for those looking to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment.


How you will contribute:

  • Create a range of visually compelling marketing materials, including ads, advertorials, presentations, collateral, and custom imagery according to a brief, and in a variety of styles, and prepare them for print or web
  • Contribute relevant, interesting ideas in team meetings and brainstorms
  • Manage projects, and help stakeholders to identify and articulate creative needs
  • Reprioritize work as needed based on deadlines
  • Manage your time while working on multiple projects
  • Quickly grasp and sublimate ideas, and communicate clearly in your work
  • Be detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and “think on your feet

Experience, skills and professional attributes


The ideal skills for this role are:


  • A minimum of 3 years or more years of work experience with minimum of 1 year Design experience/management
  • Experience in graphic design, marketing design, advertising, or equivalent fields
  • Working knowledge in Creative Suite programs, incl. typography
  • Working knowledge creating presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint
  • Experience or knowledge in one or several of these: copywriting, html, CSS, programming, illustration, infographics, animation, video editing
  • An interest in, and understanding of current trends in design, tech & media
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Strong ability to multi-task and move between distinct projects
  • Superior communications skills 
  • Keen instincts for visual communication and storytelling
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial oriented environment
  • Effectiveness as a team member and at relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills (including fluent written and spoken English)
  • Curiosity, intelligence, enthusiasm, motivation and a “growth mindset".
  • Being able to meet deadlines and prioritise work effectively
