The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for driving integrated client campaigns, overall ownership of the client relationship and all deliverables flawlessly managed, delivered on time, on budget and meeting or exceeding client’s strategic goals and expectations.



How will you contribute:

  • Provide leadership for projects, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for client and internal teams from post-sale to execution
  • Manage cross-functional programme teams to ensure the correct processes and communications are in place and that campaign activity is on-strategy
  • Define and manage client communications from weekly performance meetings to quarterly business reviews. Proactively address client needs and exceed project expectations 
  • Project Management –Create communication and project delivery timelines, lead projects and keep work moving forward while ensuring it is on-brand and on-strategy and meets all deadlines
  • Creative Management – Effectively brief and manage creative team projects (strategy work, content creation, and creative campaigns) that sit within the broader integrated programme requirements
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams: Sales/ Account Manager, Digital Producers, Analysts and Editors, to ensure projects are executed on time and to client’s expectations
  • Ensure projects stay on track of KPIs and troubleshoot as required, helping to identify areas for optimisation where possible
  • Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for each campaign and ensure they are adhered to
  • Collaborate with Sales and other members of Client Solutions to manage the development of selected integrated proposals / RFPs, identifying opportunities for upsell or extensions to the programme


Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • At least ten years or equivalent experience managing clients and creative projects with integrated components
  • Passionate about excellence in client servicing and programme management
  • A strong background in creative agencies, publishers or media is preferred
  • Holistic and proactive approach to project management, problem-solving and managing client deliverables
  • Strategic understanding of marketing needs and components that relate to running integrated campaign teams, including social media, digital marketing, editorial and content marketing
  • Strong decision-making abilities and time-management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate across a range of stakeholders
  • Professional gravitas and the ability to influence
  • Tenacity and a proactive approach to problem solving
