Currently we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Market Research Field Lead to join our fast-growing Healthcare business.  

 

Accountabilities

How you would contribute:

 

  • Project management: Manage market research activities (i.e. project briefing, questionnaire survey training, appointment scheduling, etc) with vendors to ensure successful execution of project requirements. Monitor progress completion against agreed timelines to ensure vendors deliver as required. Document issues/ learnings from each projects for discussion and update field standard operating procedures. 
  • Stakeholder management: Manage and highlight market research queries, sampling quotas, issues raised by vendors, moderators or analysts throughout fielding period, along with manager.  
  • Project recruitment and interviews: Conduct recruitment of medical professionals from healthcare brands and/or hospitals based on project requirements. Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative interviews with medical professionals either face-to-face or on the phone/ online meeting.
  • Database management: Consistently update internal respondent database after project completion and/or during in house recruitment of respondents. 
  • Quality assurance: Run quality control on data/ transcript quality submitted by vendors/moderators to ensure compliance to project requirements. 

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for the role are:

  • Highly meticulous and possess exemplary organizational skills 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in market research 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Independent worker and strong problem solver 
  • Versatile and able to think inside and outside of the box 
  • Able to work in a fast pace team structure 
  • Able to speak fluent English and other Asian languages is a bonus
