We are seeking a seasoned and transformative marketing leader who will help us scale our acquisition efforts and grow our B2B subscription footprint across EMEA, Asia & US markets. This role requires a creative, yet practical executive who will play an important and impactful role in shaping our B2B marketing strategy in support of our subscription goals. 


The ideal candidate is a highly analytical performance marketer with a strong background in B2B marketing principles and a keen ability to understand and satisfy customer needs.


How you will contribute:

  • Own the development and execution of the Group Subscriptions multi-channel marketing plan, including management of budget, planning, and KPIs across all paid and owned channels
  • Create new demand across key customer segments using the power of our brand and content to elevate reach and awareness of our Group Subscription offerings
  • Apply data, analytics and insights to strengthen the in-bound growth funnel across both paid and organic channels 
  • Partner with sales and product leaders to execute on the overall growth strategy, optimize towards a product-market-fit and building the foundation for scaled growth
  • Become a strategic partner to sales, helping engage and nurture top prospects and support sales activities
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to drive growth through full funnel, data driven, and holistic digital marketing strategies

Experience, skills and professional attributes

The ideal skills for this role are:


  • 7+ years of experience in marketing with excellent leadership skills & demonstrated experience managing a team
  • A B2B marketer that thinks like a B2C marketer — nothing is too crazy to try
  • A proven ability to perform against aggressive, ever-changing goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A marketing generalist who has a deep understanding of every channel and how they play into your marketing mix — from events and PR to paid marketing and emails
  • You’re a relationship builder, who is passionate about understanding people and their needs
  • An understanding of online UX, online marketing principles, and strategy
  • A high level of interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skill
