In this newly created role at a pivotal time for the HR team, you will be responsible for the development, management and execution of the HRIT strategy and roadmap. This will include playing the lead HR role in selection, implementation, management and optimisation of HR Technology as well as building capability within the People Team around HRIT. 

You will also lead on data governance in the People Team, ensuring the quality, security, and usability of HR data.

Accountabilities

 

  • Develop the HRIT strategy and roadmap  and lead on implementation of initiatives to accomplish the strategy
  • Lead on selection, implementation, management and optimisation of HR Technology
  • Build an HRIT team who are effective in delivering as well as capable of enhancing current processes to deliver new capabilities 
  • Provide advice, guidance and training to operations team members in relation to HRIT  to ensure we have a competent and effective  HRIT administrative function and robust and effective data governance framework 
  • Supporting the building of training materials
  • Work in close collaboration with centres of expertise in the People Team to ensure we identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes in relation to HRIT
  • Supporting the wider People Team in articulating the benefits of HRIT and ensuring optimum adoption of HRIT solutions in the business. 
  • Keep up to date with innovations and developments in HRIT, with a focus on continuous optimisation and improvement. 
  • Lead, develop and maintain an HR data governance structure to ensure alignment with legislation, business processes, continuous improvement and ongoing transformation
  • Support the HR head of Data and Insights to ensure HRIT supports data driven decision making in the business
