Signal Noise reinvents the way people experience data. With a rich heritage in data visualisation, we create digital products, services, and stories in and about complex, data-rich environments from Smart Cities to Industrial IoT and Finance. We aim to change behaviour by having a measurable impact on people.   We believe great work is made by great people collaborating in a great environment. We work hard to make our processes work for us; please read our development best practices if you’re interested in applying.   We hire people who are interested in both learning from and teaching others, and the successful candidate will also be invested in ensuring the quality of the output of the studio as a whole. We love generalists; you should have a ‘home zone’ of expertise but be capable of - or at least interested in - working in other technologies and environments.   What’s it like working at Signal Noise?   We’re not defined by our past projects, so a list would only tell half the story.   Yes, we create digital products, experiential installations and interactive web pieces, along with much more you can’t easily classify; prototyping is a part of most projects.   It’s the work we haven’t done yet that’s really exciting. The experiments with format that could kick-start entirely new categories. You don’t join us to do your old job in a different place. You come to us because you have bigger plans. We give you flexible hours and a supportive environment where you’re valued not just for what you can do now, but what you can turn into talents while you’re here.   We want you to push at the edges of what’s possible. In a place that values and sharpens your craft, challenging you to create work that genuinely hasn’t been done before.   Join us and do something special.
